[Hidden-tech] looking for lower cost photoshop program

Does anyone know a place where I can buy photoshop for the absolute least amount
but still have the full product? I saw some on ebay but the program is copied, it says its the full
thing but no booklet comes w/ it. I'm a little wary of buying it that way. 
Any info would be appreciated. 
I'm also looking to get Quark and Illustrator.
