[Hidden-tech] Off the Shelf CMS

I actually missed one very important requirement for the CMS.  It needs to
be able to be compatible with LDAP.  To my understanding Mambo does this,
I'm not so sure about the others.

I am currently looking for an off the shelf CMS for a client.  Does anyone
have any suggestions?

The CMS should have the following functions:

* Group based permissions
* Permissions based on an entire page, or a specific part of it 
	(this seems like a tough one to me in an off the shelf product)
* Asthetically Pleasing/Skinable
* Calendar
* The ability to add Custom Components
* CFML, PHP or ASP
* MS SQL backend
