[Hidden-tech] Secure Server Consultant Needed

I have a client that is looking for an experienced consultant to give
guidance regarding and (if it makes sense) set up a secure server at his
facility for email and web hosting.  He is leaning toward Linux for the
operating system.

Can anyone give me a reference for an individual/provider that you have
worked with and recommend?
