Hi Giannina,

I may have a solution for your Stylus Photo problem. I have the same 
printer and this worked for me when I switched to OSX. Go here and get 
the GIMP PRINT Print Plug-in and Ghostscript driver:
http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/MacOSX.php3

Download the latest stable release. It come with an 
installer/uninstaller package and documentation to "easily guide you 
through the printer setup process". These are "high-quality printer 
drivers" for people just like you!
