[Hidden-tech] MAC screen movements capture software

Thanks a lot for all the great suggestions for capture screen 
movements, it looks like I'll be going with spapz pro, received great 
reviews...now another question:

Can anyone suggest a cheap (free?) program that will export for windows 
media video from a mac?
